Support is arranged around your needs, and we confirm local availability before anything is booked.

Getting out and about can take more planning than it used to, and it helps to have someone reliable in your corner. We start by understanding where you need to go, how often, and what would make those trips feel easier. From there we agree the arrangement that suits you.
Selected Victorian and Queensland areas
We confirm local availability, suitable arrangements and the next practical step before support begins.
This service can include
- Transport to medical, specialist and allied health appointments
- Accompaniment to social groups, day programs and local activities
- Shopping trips and pharmacy or errand runs
- Support to attend community events and family occasions
- Guidance and support to use public transport confidently, where that suits you
- Where agreed in advance, help with shopping bags or mobility aids
Support at Home funding
Your arrangements are confirmed before support begins
Transport is an independence service under Support at Home, so it must be included in your approved support plan and remain subject to available funding and local availability. Depending on your circumstances, a participant contribution may apply.
We will talk through the service, the schedule and any contribution with you before support starts, so there are no surprises.
Working together
Fambulcare and Trilogy Care
Fambulcare delivers home and community support services through an associated-provider arrangement with Trilogy Care, where applicable. Trilogy Care is the registered provider responsible for its relevant Support at Home funding and provider obligations.
Fambulcare focuses on delivering personalised services and supporting clients with their day-to-day care needs.
Services are subject to approved care arrangements, available funding and applicable agreements.
