Rates apply to the services shown above. Eligibility, approved funding, participant contributions, service agreement terms and local availability still apply.

Clinical supports do not attract a participant contribution under Support at Home. From 1 October 2026, approved personal care services are fully funded for contribution purposes when a participant has available Support at Home funding. Eligibility, approvals and budget availability still apply.
