Working together
Fambulcare and Trilogy Care
Fambulcare delivers home and community support services through an associated-provider arrangement with Trilogy Care, where applicable. Trilogy Care is the registered provider responsible for its relevant Support at Home funding and provider obligations.
Fambulcare focuses on delivering personalised services and supporting clients with their day-to-day care needs.
Services are subject to approved care arrangements, available funding and applicable agreements.

Clinical supports do not attract a participant contribution under Support at Home. From 1 October 2026, personal care services also have no out-of-pocket contribution when a participant has available Support at Home funding. Eligibility, approvals and budget availability still apply.
